Shakespeare Gin Midsummer Edition

Working closely once again with award-winning local distiller, Pinnock Distillery, we’ve created another bespoke gin inspired by Shakespeare’s plays and poems and the herbs and flowers he would have known.

Inspired by A Midsummer Night’s Dream, our Midsummer blend is made with quince and honey from our gardens at Anne Hathaway’s Cottage, as well as apricots and figs. We’ve blended these with traditional Tudor botanicals harvested from the gardens of Anne Hathaway’s Cottage, Shakespeare’s Birthplace and Shakespeare’s New Place. The result is a traditional dry gin with a clean fruity taste and subtle floral notes, balanced with spice and citrus, and a hint of figs and honey.

The first batch of our Midsummer Edition gin is available in a limited edition of 54 50cl bottles and 145 20cl bottles. Every bottle is signed and numbered by our distillery.
